4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Fees for courses, programs, and other services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
• Refund Policy:
  • There is no refund policy for Grades 1-12 Math and English subjects.
  • Coding courses have a refund policy if students withdraw within one week after enrollment.
  • For cancellations, a 30-day advance notice is required.
  • No refunds will be issued for any purchased summer camp programs.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable for all classes.

5. Accessibility and Special Education Needs

While we are committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, we must acknowledge that our current programs and staff are not specifically trained or equipped to support children with special education needs, including those on the autism spectrum or with similar learning differences.

We encourage families with such needs to consult specialized educational providers who can offer the appropriate support and accommodations tailored to their child's unique requirements.
